Mental Health Assessments
You will be asked questions that helps give us a picture of your emotional/mental state. It helps us assess your thinking and reasoning, as well as your cognitive functioning.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and an individual setting common goals that inspire change or improve quality of life. Individual therapy helps people overcome obstacles, increase positive feelings and help develop skills for handling difficult situations, making healthy decisions, and reaching goals.
Group Therapy
Group therapy sessions allow for the treatment of multiple patients at once. These patients have or are experiencing similar life situations and support one another. It can be used to treat a variety of conditions including but not limited to emotional trauma, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Targeted Case Management and Peer Support
TCMs and Peer Support Specialists help clients with access to needed transportation, medical, social, educational, financial, housing, or other services. They assist clients with finding needed resources within the community.
Medication Management
(starting at age 6)
Providers will evaluate and manage psychotropic medications used to treat adult mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, Bipolar disorder, ADHD and others.
Medication-Assisted Weight Management
Obesity has been linked to a significant increase in depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. At HaveHope, we know that we must address obesity and its effect on your mental health. With our medically supervised, medication-assisted weight management program, patients can lose up to 20% of their body weight by taking anti-obesity medication along with lifestyle changes. Most clients are able to maintain an average weight loss of 10% over 3 to 5 years.
This program is a self-paid medically supervised weight management service, we do accept HSA/FSA. Please contact our office for more information.

If you have taken two or more oral antidepressants and still experience symptoms of depression, you might have treatment-resistant depression (TRD).
